Digital Products

Kovesh Group Corp, operating as Kovesh Kitchen, sells downloadable PDF guides. No physical product will be shipped.

Please review the product description and select your preferred language before completing your purchase. Download links are provided after payment confirmation.

Refunds and Cancellations

Because digital files cannot be returned, we generally do not offer refunds or cancellations for a change of mind after a guide has been downloaded, except where required by applicable law.

If you have not downloaded your guide and wish to cancel your purchase, contact us so we can review your request.

Problems With Your Purchase

Please contact us if:

• You were charged more than once for the same purchase.

• You received a different guide or language from the one ordered.

• Your file is damaged or cannot be opened.

• You cannot access your download.

We will help restore access or provide the correct file. If we cannot resolve a problem with delivery or a defective or materially misdescribed file, we will issue an appropriate refund. Confirmed duplicate charges will be refunded.

If you accidentally selected the wrong language, contact us for assistance.

How to Request Help

Email orders@koveshgroupcorp.com with your order number, the email address used at checkout, and a brief description of the issue.

Do not send your full card number, security code, or account password.

Approved Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. The time required for the credit to appear depends on your bank or payment provider.

Scope of This Policy

This policy applies only to PDF guides purchased through our online shop. Kitchen design, manufacturing, installation, and other services are governed by their separate agreements.

Nothing in this policy limits consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
